What payment methods do you accept?

How do I find out my ring size?
We recommend that you wrap string or paper around the base of your finger. Mark the point where the ends meet with a pen. Measure the string or paper with a ruler (mm) then divide by 3.14 (or Pi) to get the diameter of the ring. Pick the closest measurement on the ring size chart to find your ring size.
What is the best way to take care of my jewelry?
Jewellery is often an investment and, for many people, has a great sentimental value attached to the pieces. Therefore, it is important to take care of your jewellery to make sure they look their best for years to come. If Jewellery is neglected or not well looked after it will tarnish.
Jewelry tarnish is caused when the surface of the metal comes into contact with body oils, makeup, sulfur, sweat, perfumes, deodorants, lotions, and other external substances. Therefore we at Fenoché Audrey recommend you to try and keep your Jewellery dry and as far away from harsh chemicals as possible.
Please be mindful that tarnish varies from looking slightly dull to totally black, depending on the metal and how you wear and care for your jewellery.
So to keep your Jewels gleaming and gorgeous we recommend you to:
1. Take off your jewellery before swimming and strenuous activities as salt water and chlorine can damage your jewelry.
2. take off your jewellery before applying sunscreen and bug spray.
3. Keep your jewellery away from direct sunlight.
4. Keep your jewellery away from cold water as cold water is harsh and can lead to tarnishing.
5. Take your jewellery off before going into a hot tub or swimming pool.
6. Take your jewellery off before playing in the sand or gardening.
7. Exercise caution when using ultrasonic cleaners as these can damage jewellery.
How Do I Clean My Jewellery?
8. clean your jewellery about 2 to 6 times a year or when it is visibly dirty. You can do this by washing your jewellery with warm water and a gentle colorless and fragrance free liquid soap. Use a cloth or soft bristled brush to help get grime out of crevices and use a soft cloth or tissue dry.
(The whole return and refund process can take up to 30 days). After we have received the item you returned, we will process your refund (if it is within the customer's 28 days of reception) and try to refund you within 10 business days. however in busier periods e.g. seasonal times please allow up to 30 days for your refund to go through and your bank to process your refund. Paypal (and any other payment company used as a medium of payment) will also take time to process the refund as well, up to 10 days before it appears in your account.
Please note that we are unable to refund any item under the term 'Tools' (this term includes ring sizers, ring cleaning equipment and all items under the tools category) unless broken or faulty on arrival/ delivery in which case you would have to email fenocheaudreycustomerservices@gmail.com for further guidance.
We’ll email you as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund.
