Shipping and Delivery Policy

All of our jewellery is bespoke and handcrafted, please bear in mind that such high quality jewellery Pieces are in high demand and we have an extremely limited supply as we can only mine a few moissanite gems at a time. The whole process of getting your fine jewellery piece to you can take up to 12 weeks to reach you this is partly due to the raw materials having to be lab created, refined, examined, quality checked, sorted, hand crafted and hand packaged then shipped. During this time your order needs to be processed, dispatched and then shipped.

Shipping

Some countries have very strict boarder control regulations and customs so not only will your parcel have to be shipped but in some nations boarder control and customs substantially increase the time it takes for your fine jewellery pieces to get to you. Local authorities and customs officers do multiple extensive checks which can take weeks to approve which slows down the whole process of shipping and delivery. Additionally some customs checks may result in you having to pay customs fees as you will be importing precious stones and high value goods.

 

Within the process of 9 weeks,

we will need to be process your order which can take up to 10 days. During this time, your patience is highly appreciated as we try to narrow down the waiting time and get your jewellery to you as swiftly as possible.
