Returns and Refunds
After we have received the item you returned, we will process your refund (if it is within the customer's 14 days of reception) and try to refund you within 10 business days. however in busy periods e.g. seasonal times please allow up to 21 days for your refund to go through and your bank to process your refund. Paypal (and any other payment company used as a medium of payment) will also take time to process the refund as well.
After 14 days we are unable to refund or exchange any item or jewellery pieces. Please note that we are unable to refund any item under the term 'Tools' (this term includes ring sizers, ring cleaning equipment and all items under the tools category) unless broken or faulty on arrival/ delivery in which case you would have to email Fenochecustomerservices@gmail.com for further guidance.
When returning items there are 4 simple steps
1. First email us at support@fenocheaudrey.com
about the item you want to return

make sure you put the name which is on your order,
-
the email address you used to purchase the product
-
the order ID
-
and the reason why you are returning the item
-This could be because the item was too small/too big
You did not like the item (highly unlikely)
It was not the right colour e.g it's not the shade of yellow you wanted,
It was not the right shape
etc.-
2. We will then generate a return label for you
3. Please place into bubble mailer:

the invoice/receipt for the item
-
the jewellery box in which the jewellery is stored
-
and any certificates into a postal bubble mailer
4. Seal bubble mailer and stick generated postage label
on to bubble mailer then drop off at your local post office/parcel dispenser store.
Please note: failure to follow these four steps precisely will to us being unable to refund your order so please take care when reading the instructions and if in doubt about any of the instructions kindly email us at support@fenocheaudrey.com where we will be more than happy to further assist you.
Also note: under your statutory rights, you are not entitled to a refund unless there is a fault which was not caused by misuse, an accident, normal wear and tear or by not following the care instructions. Locate your proof of purchase. Remember - it is up to you to show where and when you bought the item.
Returns
You have 14 days to return your jewellery from the day it is delivered. After this period we are unable to refund or exchange any items. Personalised items can not be returned nor refunded. Once order is placed it can not be cancelled. We do not accept returns and do not offer refunds for any item under the 'Tools' category.
